Barber Portals is an online system that barbershops in Jordan use to take orders and bookings from their customers. This page explains, in plain words, what we keep, why, and what you can ask us to do.
Who is responsible
Each barbershop decides how it uses its customers' details. Barber Portals runs the system for them and keeps the details safe on their behalf. For questions about your data you can contact the barbershop or us: Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +962 79 949 4643.
What we keep about customers
- Your name and mobile number, so the barbershop knows who is coming.
- Your email address (when you make an account), only to send you a code if you forget your password.
- Your bookings and walk-in line visits: service, barber, day, time, price and status.
- Anything you choose to add: a note, your “chair mood”, a profile photo.
- Notes the barbershop keeps about your cut (for example style or beard) to serve you better.
What we keep about barbershops and their staff
- The business details they enter: name, logo, address, phone, prices, opening hours.
- Staff logins: a username and a protected password (we can never see the password itself), and the owner's email for password codes.
- If you book a meeting with us on our website: your name, business name, phone, email and note.
Why we use it
- To run your booking or order and show it to the barbershop.
- To sign you in and help you if you forget your password.
- To keep the system safe and fix problems.
We never sell your details, we never show ads, and we never send you marketing messages.
Who helps us run it
- Supabase (database and sign-in, servers in the European Union).
- Cloudflare (hosting the website and protecting it).
- Brevo (only to send password codes by email).
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr (fonts and program files for the pages).
They only process the details to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep details while the barbershop uses Barber Portals, so it can see your history. When a barbershop leaves, its customer details are deleted within 90 days. You can ask us to delete your account and details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see your details, to correct them, or to delete them. You can also delete your photo and change your details yourself in “My account”. Write to us (Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +962 79 949 4643) and we answer within 30 days. We follow Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 24 of 2023).
Storage on your phone
We do not use advertising cookies. The page only saves small things on your phone so it works: that you are signed in, and your language.
Children
Barber Portals is for people aged 13 and older. A parent can book for a child.
Changes
If we change this page we update the date above. Big changes are shown in the app.

بوابات الحلاقة نظام أونلاين بتستخدمه صالونات الحلاقة في الأردن لاستقبال الطلبات والحجوزات من زبائنها. هاي الصفحة بتشرح ببساطة شو بنحتفظ فيه، وليش، وشو بتقدر تطلب منا.
مين المسؤول
كل صالون الحلاقة بيقرر كيف يستخدم بيانات زبائنه. بوابات الحلاقة بتشغّل النظام إلهم وبتحافظ على البيانات بأمان نيابة عنهم. لأي سؤال عن بياناتك تواصل مع صالون الحلاقة أو معنا: راسلنا على [email protected] أو واتساب +962 79 949 4643.
شو بنحتفظ فيه عن الزبائن
- اسمك ورقم جوالك، ليعرف الصالون مين جاي.
- بريدك الإلكتروني (لما تعمل حساب)، فقط لنبعتلك رمز إذا نسيت كلمة السر.
- حجوزاتك ودورك بالانتظار: الخدمة، الحلاق، اليوم، الساعة، السعر والحالة.
- أي شي بتختار تضيفه: ملاحظة، «مزاجك على الكرسي»، صورة شخصية.
- ملاحظات بيحتفظ فيها الصالون عن حلاقتك (مثل الستايل أو اللحية) ليخدمك أحسن.
شو بنحتفظ فيه عن صالونات الحلاقة وموظفيها
- بيانات المحل اللي بيدخلها: الاسم، الشعار، العنوان، الهاتف، الأسعار، ساعات الدوام.
- حسابات الموظفين: اسم مستخدم وكلمة سر محمية (ما بنقدر نشوف كلمة السر نفسها)، وبريد المالك لرموز كلمة السر.
- إذا حجزت اجتماع معنا من موقعنا: اسمك، اسم المحل، الهاتف، البريد والملاحظة.
ليش بنستخدمها
- لننفّذ حجزك أو طلبك ونعرضه على صالون الحلاقة.
- لتسجّل دخولك ونساعدك إذا نسيت كلمة السر.
- لنحافظ على أمان النظام ونصلّح المشاكل.
ما بنبيع بياناتك أبداً، وما في إعلانات، وما بنبعتلك رسائل تسويقية.
مين بيساعدنا بالتشغيل
- Supabase (قاعدة البيانات وتسجيل الدخول، سيرفرات بالاتحاد الأوروبي).
- Cloudflare (استضافة الموقع وحمايته).
- Brevo (فقط لإرسال رموز كلمة السر بالبريد).
- Google Fonts و jsDelivr (الخطوط وملفات البرنامج للصفحات).
بيستخدموا البيانات فقط ليقدّموا خدمتهم إلنا.
قديش بنحتفظ فيها
بنحتفظ بالبيانات طول ما صالون الحلاقة بيستخدم بوابات الحلاقة، ليشوف سجلّك. لما يترك المحل، بيانات زبائنه بتنحذف خلال ٩٠ يوم. بتقدر تطلب منا نحذف حسابك وبياناتك بأي وقت.
حقوقك
بتقدر تطلب تشوف بياناتك، أو تصححها، أو تحذفها. وبتقدر تحذف صورتك وتغيّر بياناتك بنفسك من «حسابي». راسلنا (راسلنا على [email protected] أو واتساب +962 79 949 4643) وبنرد خلال ٣٠ يوم. نحن ملتزمين بقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية الأردني رقم ٢٤ لسنة ٢٠٢٣.
التخزين على جوالك
ما بنستخدم كوكيز إعلانية. الصفحة بتحفظ أشياء صغيرة على جوالك لتشتغل: إنك مسجّل دخول، ولغتك.
الأطفال
بوابات الحلاقة للأشخاص من عمر ١٣ وأكبر. الأهل بيقدروا يحجزوا لأولادهم.
التغييرات
إذا غيّرنا هاي الصفحة بنحدّث التاريخ فوق. التغييرات الكبيرة بتظهر بالتطبيق.
