These are the simple rules for using Barber Portals. By using the website or the app you agree to them.

For customers

• Bookings and orders are made with the barbershop, not with Barber Portals. Prices, services, opening hours, cancellations and refunds are the barbershop's own rules, shown on its page.
• Please give your real name and phone number, and cancel in time if you cannot come.
• Do not misuse the system: no fake bookings or orders, no trying to break into other people's accounts.
• Keep your password to yourself. You can change it in “My account”.

For barbershops (our clients)

• The subscription price, payment dates and what is included are in your offer or agreement with us.
• You are responsible for what you publish (names, prices, photos) and for using your customers' details only to serve them.
• Keep staff logins private. Switch off the login of anyone who leaves.
• If a subscription is not paid, we may pause the barbershop's page after a reminder. Your data is kept for 90 days so you can come back.

The service

• We work hard to keep Barber Portals online and safe, but the internet is not perfect: short breaks can happen. We fix problems as fast as we can.
• We may improve or change features. Important changes are announced to clients first.
• Barber Portals is not responsible for the food, the haircut or the service itself, or for losses caused by internet, phone or payment providers.

Accounts

We may switch off an account that breaks these rules. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Law

These terms follow the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The courts of Amman decide any dispute.

هاي القواعد البسيطة لاستخدام بوابات الحلاقة. باستخدامك للموقع أو التطبيق إنت موافق عليها.

للزبائن

• الحجز أو الطلب بيكون مع صالون الحلاقة، مش مع بوابات الحلاقة. الأسعار والخدمات وساعات الدوام والإلغاء والاسترجاع هي قواعد صالون الحلاقة نفسه، ومكتوبة على صفحته.
• لو سمحت اكتب اسمك ورقمك الحقيقي، وألغِ بوقت إذا ما رح تقدر تيجي.
• ما تسيء استخدام النظام: لا حجوزات أو طلبات وهمية، ولا محاولة دخول حسابات غيرك.
• خلّي كلمة السر إلك لحالك. بتقدر تغيّرها من «حسابي».

لصالونات الحلاقة (عملاؤنا)

• سعر الاشتراك ومواعيد الدفع وشو بيشمل مكتوبين بالعرض أو الاتفاق معنا.
• إنت مسؤول عن اللي بتنشره (أسماء، أسعار، صور)، وعن استخدام بيانات زبائنك فقط لخدمتهم.
• خلّي حسابات الموظفين سرية. اطفي حساب أي حدا بيترك الشغل.
• إذا ما انْدفع الاشتراك، ممكن نوقف صفحة صالون الحلاقة بعد تذكير. بياناتك بتضل محفوظة ٩٠ يوم لترجع.

الخدمة

• بنشتغل بجد لنخلّي بوابات الحلاقة شغّالة وآمنة، بس الإنترنت مش مثالي: ممكن يصير انقطاع قصير. بنصلّح المشاكل بأسرع وقت.
• ممكن نحسّن أو نغيّر الميزات. التغييرات المهمة بنعلنها للعملاء أول.
• بوابات الحلاقة مش مسؤولة عن الأكل أو الحلاقة أو الخدمة نفسها، ولا عن خسائر سببها الإنترنت أو شركات الاتصالات أو الدفع.

الحسابات

ممكن نوقف حساب بيخالف هاي القواعد. بتقدر تطلب منا نحذف حسابك بأي وقت.

القانون

هاي الشروط بتخضع لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، ومحاكم عمّان بتفصل بأي خلاف.
